Rang the Climate Doctor because air con wasn’t cooling enough. Was told within 5 minutes that unit was not installed properly (due to a cowboy ripping us off) and was walked through what was needed to correct the situation. Michael even rang to inform us when he was delayed on another site, something that is unheard of with other tradies. Michael and his team turned up at the arranged time and completed the work within the time frame given. Can highly recommend this company and its employees.

They managed to come out within a few days which was great. Unfortunately by the time the Climate Doctor arrived we had figured out the evaporative cooler wasn't working because a water tap was turned off, which we turned on. It cost me $176 to have the Climate Doctor come to the house, confirm we made it work and wipe out the filter on the roof. I was expecting just to pay a nominal call-out fee because it was working when they arrived!

After we moved into our new house several years ago, our air conditioning unit failed. These guys were the only ones that were able to service this brand/model unit, and they were very prompt in coming out. They even gave us an account to pay the payment off!
