We had an issue with the gas heater not igniting, Climate plus came out and fixed the problem and completed a service of the ducted heating system. Gary was amazing, very thorough, and happy to explain each step as he went. Would happily recommend Climate Plus to any of our family and friends.

Gary the technician was very efficient and courteous whilst carrying out the service on our gas heating system. He followed all the COVID rules and protocols and also pointed out that the gas meter needed a part replaced. I would highly recommend Climate Plus as a great company to deal with.

Punctual, polite and professional. Great customer service from start to stop. Can’t fault Matt and his team. Booked in for a heater clean and service and whilst there, discussed other potential work. Matt took a quick look and had a quote to me within hours. A+ recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again!
