This is one of the worst company to deal with.Have no customer interest. Won,t allow to you to speak or raise your cliam or warranty.Don,t buy any bonaire products from this company.If you buy anything you will get the worst customer service and they will kill you using their service charge.They will charge you or send service technicians for things they can trobleshoot through phone.The staff in the customer care takes hours to answer your call !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My advice would be to avoid this company. We have a Bonaire gas heater that had a faulty fan. Apparently this has been an issue for a number of installations done in 2010. The fans overheated, triggering a fail safe cut off in the unit. We were charged a fee of $186 for a job that should have been covered under warranty. The bill arrived one week after the repair had been done, indicating that the fee was because our unit was not correctly installed. The unit had been signed off by our builder and installed by an accredited agent. The tradesmen did not tell us about this charge nor did the call centre. They were quick to threaten legal proceedings. When we questioned the bill other excuses were put forward as to why there was a fee for what was clearly a warranty job, mostly blaming us the customer. The communication with the company was very unsatisfactory and its approach felt like bullying to recoup money on a product that was not fit for purpose and was going to cost them lots on numerous warranty claims.
