I had never had Aromatherapy/ Reflexology before this, i found it to be quite relaxing & the smells were awesome, it is a bit like a massage with your clothes on, Paula had me lay on the table & stretched & pushed my limbs, some massage, all up it took an hour for the treatment but i came out feeling nice and refreshed without any aches and pains, the good feeling lasted for a couple of days
