Had the worst haircut of my life on Saturday. As a regular over the years, I had grown to rely on the brand. Unfortunately I walked out of the salon with a strange undercut and 90s style layers. This was from a ‘senior stylist’. This was nothing like I had requested. I’m mortified! Clip Joint have not bothered responding to my private messages on Instagram and Facebook to make matters worse.

Went in as a model for a haircut and the experience was great. Friendly junior stylist who actually want to learn and gain experience. Great service. Highly recommended for those who are tight with money.
