Zero rating for this company. Driver left a card at 2.55pm I got home 3.05pm to be told driver would not come back. Joke?

We use this company every working day and send out approximately 1000 consignments per year. Friendly and professional service. Less than 1% of consignments we have an issue with and any issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Happy to recommend to anyone.

The worst Courier Company, I used to use them 10 years ago, we stopped because they were so unreliable and basically their drivers are lazy. I bought some needed medical equipment, the company I bought from uses Clipper and there you go, no same day delivery and no card left, waited the second day and told the delivery would be after 4 P.M. so waited and called again at 4 30 P.M and told the driver has already gone home for the day. What a waste of time. DO NOT USE UNLESS THERE IS NOT ONE OTHER COMPANY THAT WILL DELIVER A PARCEL.

I have been a client of this company for many years, they are a budget courier service but they advertise pick in the morning deliver in the afternoon, while I know that anyone can make a mistake , I do expect a service provider to make good on mistakes, preferably by doing the delivery for you that day rather just the shoulder shrug we can do it tomorrow, or at the very least an apology , instead I was blamed in a confrontational way , my client was blamed and at no time did they consider they may have been at fault. Use this courier only if you really don't care about pick and delivery because it may not happen.

If I could give this courier company 0 stars I would! Parcel picked up in Fairfield on a Thursday - they promised same day delivery to Mount Druitt - no delivery on Thursday and I had to chase them to find out what happened to it. They then promised parcel delivery on Friday at 2pm. Guess what - parcel not delivered! I had called them 3 times during the day to see when my parcel would be delivered - each time I was promised that it would be delivered before the end of the day. The day ends, right on 5pm I call them and their phones are switched to an automatic answering machine. If you use this company - make sure you get the mobile number of the driver delivering your parcel. It may be the only way you get your parcel on time! Would never recommend them.
