Bad hair cut and when I went back and asked them politely to fix the bad hair cut I received they were rude and cut my hair even worse!
Thought this was a 5star salon only to be very disappointed with the whole experience. I asked for a senior hairdresser but had a 2nd year apprentice doing my hair. The colour looked nothing like what i asked for and was charged a ridiculous price to only leave with worse hair then i arrived with. very unsatisfied!!

Great hairdresser, it's a bit hard to find but worth it. I particularly like the cheese and biscuits they give you and the drinks menu on offer (including a nice Chardonnay). Of course, I only ever make an appointment after noon so I can indulge in a little wine while having my hair done.
