I would not recommend this business to anyone. They refused to fix major issues on our staircase and landing. Poor quality underlay which was 5 mm and the smooth edge is 1 cm so on every step you either trip up the stairs or hit your toes. They did remove a nail they left sticking up. They have not reglued three areas which have lifted up. They said on full payment they may let us know who could fix it! Sent a letter of demand thought their lawyers as soon as we complained, a well trodden path

We have just had carpets laid by Clovelly carpets and are so happy with the result. They look fantastic! I really recommend this company. Everyone we dealt with, the salesperson Maggie, Paige who came and measured up and Len who laid the carpet were all lovely to deal with and had great communication. Len did such a great job, the carpets are perfectly laid. The price was competitive and the carpets are beautiful quality. We looked around and went to 5 carpets shops looking for the best value, product and service and we are so happy we chose Clovelly Carpets. Highly recommended.

I can assure anyone who is contemplating buying new carpets that Page and his team at Clovelly Carpets did an excellent job for us from our first visit to the warehouse on Botany Road where we compared the samples to the alternatives in which we were interested. The team laying the carpet photographed the furniture layout before moving anything and when the carpets had been precisely laid, restored the furniture to its previous positions. We were very happy with the service. If we replace any more carpet we know where to go!
