Love the hair! They do everything from hair straightening, hair colouring, cut and perm curls.
I know it's better to call them to book but you can front up to the salon as well, of course then you may need to wait. Part of the course.
Too little hairstylists available. I waited for a good 15 minutes before my cut. Not all of them speak good English. My hairdresser was of Japan descent and she spoke moderate English. Overall, my hair cut was ok, not fantastic. It was also cheaper than surrounding hair salons.

What made you choose this hair salon in the first place, and if you knew it was in that part of the city of course people may not speak the good English. That's very prejudiced!
