Stay away from them. I cancelled through their portal but they still kept charging me. When I pointed out it's probably a system error, their support was useless.

Though this gym is now under the Club Lime banner it still seems to act largely autonomously. On the whole these guys are really helpful and supportive and their instructors are excellent.
