Changed to Club Telco a year ago now. Haven't had any real problems which is great, but can't comment on the customer service as never needed it.
We get completely unlimited for $60 a month plus $50 yearly membership fee. Some areas can get it for $40 a month!
Nice to not have to worry about extra download fees or being speed limited.
