Warning!!!!
They deliberately booked me in with my scoopon which had Accomodation, massage and hot pool entry on days the Essenza day spa was closed. So they took my scoopon and didn't refund my massage or hot pool entry. I pleaded with them to give me vouchers to use another day but the staff member was quiet rude in telling me it's in the fine print "bad luck you should have read it". It really wrecked my holiday I will never recommend and never go there again. I only booked because I have a bad back and needed a break.
