I used this company to install a new power point and remove an old one they charged over $1000 which I feel is expensive, but more importantly this work affected all power points in my house and they refused to accept that the work they performed caused the problem. Got another electrician to fix the problem he said they did not do a good job. I took this to Fair Trading and it’s my word against theirs, I now need to take it further. I would not use this company.

Cris was friendly and efficient as well as professional. He was very thorough (and tidy) with the job and didn't leave until everything was tested and working perfectly. Would not hesitate to use him again or recommend to others.

CMK overcharged for the installation of a kitchen rangehood. I asked for a like for like one, he showed me the one he had ordered but installed an incorrect unit with no ventilation. He charged 890$ for an hours work installing an 85$ unit (was meant to install the $300 one that was originally quoted) and then placed blame on me. Left the apartment a mess and was not professional. CMK is terrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND

the service was next day after our initial call, which was what we needed. Chris explained what he would do and gave us a quote which was itemised. We had additional work done to relace our old ceramic meter points. This was recommended but was no pushed. Chris did the work at once, then cleaned up. All great sutomer service. Plus he explained when power would be off and when it would come back, very helpful as we were using our computer.
