Great service- always very friendly and helpful. They've always been more than happy to answer all my silly sounding questions, and to repeat the answers a couple of times! Better prices than other pool shops I've used on the coast too. Did I mention they are super helpful? I had a piece that was broken in my pool filter and a shortage of funds - they offered to let me 'borrow' the piece I needed until I had enough money to come back and pay! Keep in mind I'd only been shopping there for a couple of months at that stage! That is outstanding service, and not the sort of thing you expect from a business nowadays. They deserve more than a 5 star rating, and I highly recommend trying their business - you'll be thoroughly impressed!
