I have sitting there with my kids and getting to order while deciding on what to order manager and staff with long hair started to yelling and shutting at me by using F ** word many times. I said to them I was going to order but they started swearing at me while I had my twin girls in pram and crying. Never recommend to anyone. They are so rude and aggressive to all customers.

Great cafe. Excellent service! Must say staff and management is very friendly and attentive. The best coffee and desserts in Chatswood. I used to go to three beans but not anymore, their coffee and service is crap. Well done guys at coco madness

Price is good. Quality of the food is there. The toasted sandwiches in a variety of breads was great (rippled toast was a nice effect). A variety of pastries including macaroons was available with a reasonable amount of seating and Free WiFi.
