What a wonderful experience! As a birthday present our daughter gave my husband and I a class in chocolate tempering and tasting. The actual tempering of the chocolate wasn't as difficult as I thought, though I think it would still be best left to the lovely chocolatier Louisa. We also had the opportunity to mould the tempered chocolate and take home what we produced. Of the chocolates we were able to sample from the showroom the dark chocolate cherry was my favourite. The products are some of the most superb I have ever tasted and would highly recommend paying them a visit for a class or simply to purchase some of their superb chocolates.
