Very nice looking place and stylists seem very professional. On the day I went none of the massage chairs were working which was a shame plus the coffee machine was apparently being repaired. Prices seemed higher than most places I've been but other than nice surroundings, there didn't seem any reason for such high costs. Staff seemed very busy so had quite a few periods of waiting for my stylist and had to have different person wash my hair and someone else again to dry it. Would have been nice to be with one stylist. Will probably go somewhere a bit cheaper next time.

I've been having my hair done here for years, but I recently explored their day spa. Well worth the adventure. I was immersed into a world of pampering and indulgence. I had a massage, but with a spa first. So wonderful.

A very professional, friendly place. Lovely relaxing interior and you're always treated with courtesy and warmth. The cuts/treatments are expensive but I prefer to pay extra for good service. My only complaint is that the massage chairs are rarely working these days. I used to love getting my hair washed and having my whole body soothed at the same time. Given their high prices I think equipment should be maintained.

This is one of the more expensive hair cutters I've been to, although it was well done. I was asked when booking what level of experience of designer I wanted as the prices went up according to experience. In my opinion the ad I saw for it was far more appealing thn the reality.

The most amazing day spa experience Ive had yet. With heated bedding (sooo cosy) and relaxing rooms, my treatment was delightful and continuous. I came away feeling truly pampered.

Good cutters but often running late. I have waited 20 minutes from the time my hair was washed to the time the hairdresser returned to cut my hair. They booked me in with another hairdresser (at the salon) when my hairdresser left however they did not inform me of the change. I don't think the service matches the price.

We think that this is by far the best hair salon in Stirling. The business has been operating for some years now and they recently had a full refurbishment. The premises are very smart and inviting. The staff are young, hip and very up to date with the latest cut and colour techniqes. Bookings are essential and often difficult unless you are a regular client. Prices are fairly steep, but you get quality and a fantastic result every time.
