Came out within the hour and tested and fitted new one. Car still did not start because the engine was flooded. The guy kept on turning the engine over and eventually it started. After lots of black smoke after clearing out the engine, it works fine. The point being is that he did not need to try to get my car to start but he did. Excellent service and the installation and call out was free. The only thing it costed me was a missed appointment and $149 for the new battery.
