i love cbtl, they make great tasting drinks, their white chocolate latte is unbeatable! The glen waverley store has the best service in melbourne, always fast polite & well made!! No ridiculous wait times like the chadstone branch or bizarre opening ours like the lonsdale street store, and a much nicer cafe experience then the southland 'store'.

It is a good place to sit down and have a nice coffee. The decor is warm and the service is very brisk during busy times. The staff are friendly though a bit reserved at times.

i love love love there ice chocolate. its not quite ice chocolate - they call in something else but its just as good. arange of drinks and teas as the name suggests but just as much desserts (:
