This cafe is another nice addition to the strip of interesting food shops which have grown around the supermarket complex at the Range in Williamstown.

They serve a very nice coffee - $3.00 for a regular - lots of beautiful creamy froth on my cappuccino. And they have an interesting and varied range of meals/snacks on offer. You can get the "big breakfast" at $13 or just raisin toast at $5.00. There are soups, the most delightful little home made quiches - chicken and mushroon, spinach and fetta and egg and bacon for 2 for $3.00. I had to have one of each, didn't I ... just to do quality control for WOMO. The friend rice at $5.00 was full of egg and veggies and was freshly made and tasty. All sorts of other things on offer - chicken schnitzel rolls, hot dogs, smashed avocado ... and all reasonably priced. There are packaged cakes and biscuits for those with a sweet tooth.

There are a few small tables and chairs to have your meal outside or plenty of room inside at about 4 tables and a couch and coffee table area near the big window. The atmosphere is relaxed and cosy - no need to dress up or stand on ceremony here - meet your friends for a coffee and chat - drop in at lunch during a hard working day, or pick up something to take home or take away.

Very pleasant staff who brought my coffee and invited me to sit and wait while the rice was made. There's also a very inviting icecream counter with Peters fine flavours like rainbow, peppermint choc chip and orange tango.

Definitely a place I'd recommend.

Approximate cost: $ 8 - 10
