Be warned about this company. I booked my car in for its appropriate service some weeks back now and was told to ring back in 3 hours or so to see if my car was finished and ready to be picked up. My car was handed over to them at 9am in the morning on this day and after 3 hours i rang and they said we will call you when its done. So anyway at 3pm Im thinking thats enough waiting i have to be at work in a couple of hours so i just went in to see what the hold up was. To my disbelief, My car had not been moved from where i parked it. But get this... When i told the guys that , Im sorry you have wasted enough of my time and that my service i was told would only take 3 hours at the most so i get in my car to leave and the DISHONEST service guy comes racing out and says i need to cross off the service book stamp as you never had it serviced by us....This is true i said, But why the hell have all the boxes been ticked and the book stamped as if the service had been done and completed. These people were caught out being dishonest and fraudulent. IF you take your car to this company for a service then be warned . THEY STAMP YOUR BOOK AND TICK ALL THE BOXES WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT YOUR CAR.
