Always super busy. Always had good customer service. Clean store always stocked up with good specials.

I have been into Coles Baldivis, only to buy a small bottle of coke. The entire shop was in great condition from what I saw walking through to the drinks aisle. The checkouts were open and their was no queue. The checkout girl, was friendly and made brief conversation and ended with "Have a lovely day.."I felt very happy to have bought my Coke from Coles Baldivis, and would be delighted to return to shop their again. I highly recomend Coles Baldivis.

Always clean and tidy staff are very helpful, quality of the fresh departments are great even tho it can be quite pricy if not on special. Overall will shop there again.

The variety available at this outlet is disappointing. As someone who loves Asian cooking, i am disappointed at the lack of options. Moreover, their fresh produce section is approximately 1 1/2 times more expensive than the local Spud Shed and sometimes even twice as expensive.

Always go back to shop. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Fresh goods always look good. Many specials week to week which are easy to see in the store. Clean and tidy shopping.Nice selection of product brands.

On returning home after a shopping trip I discovered a scanning error which rendered me overcharged. The employees were understanding and easy to deal with in negotiating my refund.

I love this coles above the rest as they have sample tastings and my daughter gets offered a piece of deli meat without having me to ask after I have ordered. The checkouts are fast and I never have to wait in line. It's clean and well organised too unlike other coles I have been too.
