most of the time the staff are friendly but they do have some that are always miserable when you go thru their checkout. occassionally their fruit & veg looks like its past its use by date.

fresh,could be cheaper on some prices,and a display or section of discounted items would be nice,but does need to sell fresher meat deli products,most other supermarkets have discounted meats for clearance,would be nice of coles to do the same,be competitive

very helpful and friendly service. I asked what isle an item was down and the girl i ask immediately stop what she was doing in another isle and took me straight to the product i was after

Tried to get help in missing prices and wrongly marked prices and when I did get help from 3 different people that was interesting. The first didn't want to help me and was very aggressive, the second he had other ideas and walked off in the middle of my question and the third person finally actually acknowledged I was not just a person but a customer. The prices are good but the service of the floor staff was not a pleasant experience. Hopefully next time it will be better.
