I used to shop at is coles more often, nowadays not so much.
I find while the shelves are well stocked I don't find the service is great, it's inconsistent and unfriendly.

Many times I've had to return things or see the front desk for
Incorrect prices scanned they never make me feel like a valued customer or if I'm with the kids they do not go the extra mile to replace my items.
If I do shop here it's just for what I need 1or 2 items
