very fast service and the lady that helped me out was very nice the prices in coles are very very cheap and affordable they have all the best prodacts

I can always food, stuff needed at low prices. The staff are very accommodating and eager to help. I visit them once a week to buy my groceries.

This store is usually rather good with their customer service skills. I went in there the other day and the boy serving me demanded to see my bags. I showed him and he took them and emptied them out himself!!!

I went into Coles Dandenong Plaza today for just a few items (13), taking less than 20min, then 37 minutes waiting to pay. There were only 2 registers open, yet they got an extra staff member for the express lane while I was there, the checkout operator I had, paused between each customer to log some sort of information. If their computers can't log all the information they need, maybe they should put more staff on registers, during these times. Then she behaved annoyed with me because I complained about the amount of time I had to wait.
