Store layout is not as big and fancy as the new larger Coles 'superstores', but the smaller version is great for your smaller shopping trips. A shame that you need coins to use the trolleys though. Most of the Coles staffers at the Dee Why store are pleasant. Like most things I suppose, they have some really good staffmembers that give brilliant customer service. And then there's the odd few that you consciously seek to avoid in future visits.

good supermarket, needs to upgrade to be like the Coles in Dee Why Grand, and this website needs to recognise Dee Why as a suburb!. The parking is easy mostly here, and it has a good variety of products at reasonable price. not limited able to find most foods easily.

Man this new coles in Dee Why Grand is great it has everything and it is so clean and tidy. It is so easy to find things and man at least the fruit and veg are nice and fresh

I really enjoy shopping here it is in a nice plaza not crowded it is a very large shop with big ailses and I find some really good specials on products that I sue on a regular basis

I went into coles Dee Why to buy a few items. It was a pretty busy day and the queues were pretty long. The cashier that I was waiting for was very happy, bubbly and friendly despite people huffing and puffing about the wait. She was very polite and made good conversation whilst still getting on with her job at an efficient rate.
