The products and prices are standard as it's Coles but the staff are great. As I seem to go there every second day, I have regularly found the staff friendly and efficient and happy to help.

Never seemed to be enough staff at the register, despite the lines. Store is clean and well looked after though.

Diamond Creek Coles is a very clean and organised Supermarket. Every staff member that I have come across has been polite and helpful. Most are even up for a chat. Great specials too, they reduce a lot of items and keep doing so until they sell. I am in there almost everyday and have no complaints since the 3 years of shopping there.

Yes they are renovating - but a makeover won't help the staff. They just have no idea! Once I went in and they had no breastpads for breasfeeding mums. Their response "Sorry, we don't sell many (well DERRRR); we'll have them in a week". They are just not 'experienced' I guess!!

The Supermarket is currently being renovated so quite disorganised at present. Not a huge variety of stock and there is never enough registers open in peak times. It would be good to see a gardening section also.
