i use the Coles express petrol station every week and the cashiers always seem to be smiling when you walk in, they provide good quality fuel and the mechanics have help me with car problems too at times.

I travel to Sydney every few weeks to see my family. I have always stopped at this servo if only to have a drink and a break. On this occasion I needed to use the rest room. As in many servos the toilets are outside and you need the key. The state of the restroom was disgusting. It had not been cleaned in ages. The sign on the wall said to tell us if this toilet has not been cleaned. I then approached the cashier and told her my story. Her answer was "Well I cant do anything about it" Surely the public deserves better than this. I will in future bypass this servo
