Regularly shop here out of convenience. Mostly a good experience, the new checkouts are a huge improvement on the old dishevelled ones they had. Deli and produce are fine - nothing out of the ordinary.
My only disappointment of late is that the refrigerated goods are nowhere near as cold as they should be. I have on numerous occasions found items like cheese and dips that felt nowhere near as cold as they should be. Often I have seen mould growing on the cheeses - I have brought this to their attention and suggested they need to turn up their units.
Hopefully they will fix this issue soon.

It always takes a long time to get out of here! I usually shop later at night to avoid this and sometimes comes in handy when you realize you forgot something earlier that day. I once saw the guy from Madison Avenue the band doing his shopping here at 11pm

I am continually disappointed the the lack of check out that are open whenever I shop here!
There are always long lines and not enough staff working.
Its a great place to shop,however by the time you have lined up and listened to all the customers complain about how long its taken,it makes you wonder if you'll come back again.
