Just finished my christmas shopping from the comfort of home in between calls running a home based business. Such a relief to know that's done and can amend for a little while if I've forgotten something.

i go to this coles every week and have always found the checkout staff to be really nice (most of time anyway). I hardly ever have a long wait to be served and if there is a line they will get someone to open register.

found it very hard to get parking close enough. waited 10 min at check out and the girl was very rude and grumpy.

i went in to buy milk, mints and a magazine and as i went through express which i had to wait in a line of approx 15 people i went through with my transaction and as it was only three items was not offered a bag, which was fine except that i had other shopping to do at the centre so asked for a bag and was told abruptly "we dont give bags for three or less purchases but i will give you one this time" all whilst rolling her eyes at me and shaking her head. I was appalled and embarrassed and will never shop there again! Sorry coles but its woolworths all the way for me!
