I went there tonight at 7pm 30/11/16....I got a few things and went to the "12 items or less" aisle, there were 2 people infront of me with full trolleys. I was really annoyed because this happens all the time at Greenslopes and the checkout chicks do noththing to stop it. However, on this occassion, I couldn't blame the people infront of me because this WAS THE ONLY CHECKOUT OPEN!!!!!! I then spent the next 10 minutes talking to the lady behind me about how hopeless this place is. We both agreed that this place just hasn't got enough staff on. The self serve checkout was packed, most probably because people didn't want to waste 10 minutes in the "12 items or less" aisle. I really, really dislike this store and will only be going back there to buy the 1 or 2 items I can't buy at other stores. Do yourself a favour and go to [redacted - mentions alternative business by name] in Annerley, or Coles and [redacted - mentions alternative business by name] in Coorparoo.

I always shop at Coles in Greenslopes, lately the customer service is awful, people that are supposed to be helpful are not, the deli ladies can ignore you and continue with their back to the public and make you wait for them, the cues at the registers are too long... Not happy!

This is my local supermarket so I shop here often. It had a renovation recently and is now a lovely place to do the grocery shopping. It is in a small shopping centre and I can always get a car park. The staff are very helpful and friendly and they have a large product range.
