A shout out to Vicki. Great caring service. She seen I was having difficulty so she got me a trolley and made sure I was OK. She couldn't have been more helpful or caring.

I think this is the nicest COles to shop at in Pakenham and surrounding. Very friendly staff shelves always full. The bakery where bread cakes buns etc are cooked in shop are the best the only thing I buy coffee scrolls nearly everyday and the bun is always over cooked then when you eat it it has a very hard base and burnt taste. Please just cook them a little less you have the best bakery in store.

This Coles is one of the nicest I have been to. It is always fully stocked and neat and tidy. The staff are all very friendly o the point that they now recognise me and say hello when I go in there.

I was quiet impressed with the customer service and the great quality food. There was plenty of staff to assist me when I was looking for products. There could have maybe been another register open but apart from that it was a great shopping experience!

My preferred place to shop, fresh food, great prices, usually quicker to be served than other supermarkets, and convenient car parking
