It always ends up costing me more every time i go to coles as there are way too many specials and you sometimes buy up for later

this was a well set out store that was appealing and comfortable to be in, the service was average as expected for a supermarket but the quality for price was really great

Coles Hornsby is a good sized supermarket and has the new scanners for shoppers which means you can scan in your own items and see them as they come up (at your own pace) - which is really good as you can check the price and avoid being overcharged.

Fruit and Vege quality was good. I am worried about purchasing Coles products as it will inevitably reduce the market dynamic and create a monopoly in the supermarket industry, thus prices will go up once the monopoly is established.

Coles is conveniently located and well stocked. The staff are friendly and efficient and it is overall a pleasant shopping experience. They now have a self service checkout which makes getting out even quicker.

happy with the customer service, but disappointing with the quality of the deli product, looks like they've been sitting in there for a weeks. self register machine is not always working properly

I'm actually quite happy with its service(most of time they are high school kids). and price is ok and the fresh section always have some nice special. and sometime s they marked down the bread or meat to quite a good bargain price. it is not the biggest one but I quite enjoy shopping there. The queue is never too long.

Store has a good range of products but the store in general lacks good customer service. The staff are interested in logging and either going on a break or home. On many occasions I have seen customers with only 1 product not served because the staff was going on a break. Also there are seems to be a lack of staff around 5.30pm till 7.30 pm.

This coles is pretty lacking. They have a fairly general selection of packaged/dry foods, however there veggie section is terrible! They never have fresh fruitand veggies, and the meat from the deli section isnt so great either - it doesnt tend to last long. i'm a big fan of coles but this one doesnt pass muster
