Today I was in a lot of pain whilst shopping. One of the check out ladies came to help me, she emptied my trolley and packed the groceries thoughtfully so none were too heavy. I was very impressed and grateful

nice clean store and well arranged still has the pricing as other stores which could be better,the staff are nice and friendly so that makes it a bit better than other stores. good parking also

I use Coles regularly for basic groceries etc. The products, quality, and service are what I expect from any supermarket - nothing special, but okay for my needs. The range of products is fairly good, from cheap products to higher-range, more expensive products. It's rare for me to not find the things I am looking for there.
