Shopped here today getting ready for the Easter fun, the store was so busy, we needed a trolley there was no trolleys so we had baskets between the 4 us.

Friendly service in the bakery department, the guy found me some cupcakes which was great.

The registers were busy and we had to wait to get served.

Some stock was unavailable, though I still got items that I needed.

Overall a ok shopping experience.

I like shopping at coles for fly buys points.

I'm a frequent shopper at Coles, I'm always impressed by the clean looking atmosphere and the layout they have. They are generally quite cheap/competitive with the pricing. Staff are quite friendly. The missing star on service is due to the self-service cachiers which I sometimes use. I find they can get me a bit frustrated sometimes. The missing star value is due to the fact that not all the time do they have the best price option

They are great! Coles has always been my supplier for my household groceries. I also earn loyalty points from them for all items purchased. It would be good if they have self service registers like some other stores and supermarkets I have come across.

They have some great prices and they have their you'll love coles brand on most things which is alot cheaper checkouts at times can be slow and only checkout 1 is wide enough to pass the bigger design pram through which makes it a bit of an inconvenience if its busy

I go there every now and again, however I notice the prices seem to be getting more competitive then ever so I may start going more often

Pretty good. The staff are helpful and good for a chat They always have weekly specials and plenty of sock.
