It's a handy local Coles, not the biggest of stores so you will often find that they don't stock some items that other coles stores do (which is quite annoying). I personally think that a lot of staff could be more talkative and bubbly, and more available for when you need assistance in store. The fresh produce here is better than most other stores, however there have been some unfortunate incidences where there are some rotting fruits and veggies within clear view of customers. At the checkout, there are always long queues (very, VERY annoying) both at self serve checkouts and normal checkouts. They have many checkout stations but only two or three people there. I have had numerous incidences with inconsiderate staff members at the checkout, some including double charging, overfilling bags, and even the rare occurrence of damaging goods. I come here every week to do my grocery shopping, most of the time it is a pleasant experience, other times it is not. Although it is a decent store, I feel that if they had some competition ie. a Woolworths or something, the service quality will be much higher than it is now. I do recommend this store to others, but in saying that, you aren't guaranteed a pleasant experience.

Just an ordinary Coles store, what can i say? Although weirdly enough, the lighting always seems really dim in the stores here. A good variety, a nice selection of goods.

Top home brands are in the store, but if you are looking for a wide selection of stuff, this is not the place for you. I kinda feel it's cluttered maybe because it's a small store. Anyhow, they give a superb service every time I visit, they are friendly and willing to assist. Thanks heaps!

Approximate cost: $50

Busy supermarket - smaller than Castle Hill but big enough for the odd occasion I come to Westfield North Rocks to shop. A bit limited in the fresh food section compared to Castle Hill but alright for everyday staples.
