I shopped one time in there using my flybuy voucher that gives me 500 point if I spend more than $70. I forgot that I was using my staff discount so it actually drop to $68 so it's not good. So I went back to coles hoping that they can fix it for me but they said they lost my voucher already even though I only left for couple of minutes. So long story short, they supposed to refund me as I wanted to refund all the items but then I change my mind and tried to walk away but the lady said she already cancelled my items so she needs to re-input it once again and the problem is she didn't refund me the first transaction and charging me one more time instead which later on I found out while I checked my internet banking transaction. Went back to argue with them they just say sorry and agree to refund me. after all coles service are sucks!

This store is pretty good, although you do have to wait in line quite a bit. There is always a queue and it is always busy. they recently changed the layout of the store and made it much more open. Overall, this store is good

This is by far my favourite branch of Coles. Excellent deli, meat and bakery section with a huge range of products. The express check-outs are always available and easy to use, the staff almost always know what I'm asking for if I can't find it. My one gripe is the deli section, the people working there can be very rude and ignore me even if I have the ticket number ready. They tend to be slow to get my order and often get annoyed when I ask them if they can freshly slice cold meats for me - they have a sign saying they'll do it, so why make a fuss of it?

when i bought only 1 item i had to wait too long at the express check out.when my check out came, cashier lady was still talking with customer before me,,at the same time screening my goods. this was very annoying for me
