Worst customer experience i have ever had

I would like people y boycott Coles at Parkholme because of their appaling treatment of disabled customers.
I placed $154 food order as I had to buy knew Frid. So bought months worth . delivery was supposed to be between 12.30 and 1.30.
It was delivered soon after 11 and all food including meat and frozen desstoyed. I rang to complain,the manager said we don't do home delivery!!!! They just call an uber and it gets dumped in the back of the car. They agreed to replace some items ( l had to throw out all items)
Because I'm disabled to guarantee it would not happen again they were going to send new order the next day in a refrigerator van and because I can't walk after a stroke driver was ordered that he MUST knock in the door and get my signature to prove I had taken custody of it.
I found the replacement food dumped in full sun no knock or signature.
I have gone nearly two days with no food and tapwater because Coles wouldn't refund the money!
It took multiple calls emails finally got refund but no food. They told me as an apalogy they would give me $40 credit.
I told them not to put the money through any kind of online way because since a stroke writing and walking and using computers are extremely difficult. I suggested fly by card or a gift card but as you can probably guess they put it in something that I have to use online!
So that's no APOLOGY more an insult.
They deliberately made it as hard as possible for me and must have known I wouldn't be able to figure out how to access it. I'm still recovering from a stroke and would advise people to boycott Coles Parkholme.
They actually said they didn't care about disabled customers. I couldn't reorder from somewhere else because Coles kept the refund till today.
So still no food. I can't walk and would not get o home delivery again from them . I don't know how to use other apps.i quote" we don't care about disabled customers" please spread the word and yes I'm very hungry. Two days no food but I have lemonade

Coles really needs to invest in staff! Huge lines at the checkouts with so many people waiting for service. Good range of products but carpark appears to be too small these days. Employ more staff Coles!

I think they are cutting staff all the time - that's what the self-serve checkouts are about (here in Vic). I only go to Coles for things I can't get other places now.

Coles at Park Holme has plenty of parking and is never too crowded. It is a small shop so there is not a lot of variety, but they are currently expanding so I am looking forward to seeing the new, bigger store.
