I cannot believe that a major franchised supermarket can possibly have the local corner store friendly level that this store has- its brilliant. I am definately one happy customer and will certainly go the extra mile to get to this store.

hi highly rate coles as the best supermarket. Its has the best range of items food and other items they also sell toys and christmas decorations etc. the sell big brands and the coles brand items are as high quality as the big brands, the customer service is good and checks outs arent slow.

the supermarket has good quality and fresh foods and cooking ingredients. it is a bit more expensive than the bulk buying places but has better produce

coles provide the best service and grocery in penrith.the prices are very low.the dollar dazzlers are good option to save money

Friendly staff are always there to help. Things are well placed and set out for easy shopping. The floors are clean and not cluttered with excess boxes and goods.

this Cole's store provided excellent service both on the floor and on the registers and were more efficient then the other stores i have been to. i would definitly go again

There is a great selection of products available at Coles in Penrith. They send out a weekly catalogue which enables me to plan my weekly meals around what is on special. They give out a 4cent fuel voucher whenever you spend over $30

This supermarket is very good but gets to busy at time it needs a bigger car park. The car park gets to congested especially on football days. I like the isle there nice and wide.

I new what i wanted, went straight to the section and it was there. I wanted something else but they didn't stock that anymore. Service was fine, only one person in the line ahead of me so not too long to wait. Would go back again
