Lovely staff at Innes Lake - but so many items are missing from the shelves- week after week. I have to drive to Coles in town for items such as sunflower seed, snail pellets, mosquitoe coils, sugar free cordial to name a few things that are missing - even first thing in the morning. Doesn’t the truck stop at Innes Lake?

I shop at Coles Innes Lake on a regular basis and am very impressed with the excellent service your staff provide. Today I was served by Ray and he puts a smile on my face with his sense of humour, excellent quick service and just plain good manners. He really is a star. I watched him serve 2 other ladies before me and noticed that they too were all smiles leaving the store. He is a true asset to your excellent team. Thank you!

great service very helpful if you cant fine anything there will help you fine it if there not sure where it is. if there something your looking for and cant fine them there will go out the back to see if there got any left. love how there cut your cold meat ect. ham, love shopping there

Typical Grocery store. But there are never enough cashiers on when its checkout time :(
Plenty of parking, but during the week day most of the parking is taken up by other workers in the area.

Good family bargains and specials. Love the quick sale stickers. Always enough checkouts open and clean and tidy supermarket. Deli has good variety. Service is always excellent and price comparisons are more than reasonable.

coles short street is good possition but once you get in it is hard to get out. The specials are great, but they don't put enough people on the registers so you can get out quickly.
