I recently had an unfortunate experience at Coles Rhodes, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. My visit, marred by an encounter with a staff member named Denny, was disheartening, to say the least. Denny's demeanor was shockingly rude, and it left me questioning the level of professionalism upheld by Coles.

From the moment I approached him for assistance, it was evident that something was amiss. Denny's attitude seemed abrasive, and his tone was far from what one would expect in a customer-facing role. It almost felt as though he had brought personal conflicts from home into the workplace. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in an environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.

This store has great regular specials and products are always in stock. It's neat, tidy and easy to find what you want. This store is quite spacious.

Items on special are of great value, but a lot of times no stock especially for those greatly reduced items
