Rude, arrogant, unhelpful. With 18 month old twins throwing a tantrum they did not help me process my sale quickly and made me wait at the disabled checkout behind two full trolleys rather than assist me in the empty express lane because I had more than 12 items. I WILL NEVER shop there again.
