Large store with a lot of checkouts and friendly service. Good for a weekly shopping although the prices could be improved.

I often visit this store and on most occasions have been happy with the service, range and prices. on three separate occasions i was over charged for items bought. this was brought to the attention of service staff and quickly rectified in a friendly manner

Was overcharged twice in one transaction, the lady at the front counter was very sorry, and she gave me a $2 voucher for next time I was in store, not the value of the voucher that counted the customer service was excellent.

Coles provides good quality product and good service. The check out is fast and smart. They have also got good shop fittings and good advertisement,too. I like it.
