I love how neat everything is at Coles Stanhope. The self check out assistant is always very alert and quick to respond to customer needing help. Best of all, the counter staff are quick to refund when pricing is wrong. I get to keep the product for free too. Customer service is top notch. However, I can't say the same for the quality of fresh produce

Beware - the shelves often have out of date products. Check the used by dates on everything you purchase. And if at all possible, avoid buying fruit and vegetables from Coles, it is not very fresh.

Always helpful and ready to offer assistance. Regular staff take the time to get to know you. Always happy and cheerful.

Coles is a respected company to say the least, shopping at their stores is easy and generally the people that work there are well respected in their field. the major problem lies within the value of each product. i dont feel like you are getting a good price on various products at coles, nontheless the quality is extremely commendable and of top quality.

Like all Coles I dont think they are competitve in their pricing. A couple of time I have asked they to hold my groceries so I can come back and pay and they put all the stuff away. I am a local so I always use them. However staf inside are always willing to help with directiosn to products.

Shopping at Coles Stanhope Gardens NSW is a great one except for that their shelves are not always packed with the stock / goods. its close to hom so very convenient for us.
