I am loving the new look store. Its taking a while to remember where everything is but the staff are all willing to help you find what you are looking for.
Was excited by the new self checkouts untill I discovered you cant just get cashout on its own at them or if you spend for example $12 and wanted to make the total purchase and cash out equal 50 you cant do this.
Overall I am loving the new look and now do most of my shopping here.

had some great specials in store, i guess that we get junk mail helps as i never thought coles would have cheaper things then safeway or iga, so good work with the catalogue

I went to this store specifically to buy a cooked chicken from the deli on a saturday at dinner time( 6.15pm). They had plenty in the case at the Deli department however the staff member refused to sell one to me because he was keeping them all for staff. Really poor customer service coles. Woolworth's will now get the bulk of my grocery business and you've lost me as a customer for ever.

I have been to many coles supermarkets and this one is definately the worst by far. The shelves are always empty, especially the specials and just the overall mood in the store is glum. I still do my shopping there but only if there is a good special although sometimes i cant get what i came in for as they have run out and not ordered enough.

excellent, very cheap to shop there, very easy to find what you are looking for, the store is very clean and bright, grocery staff very helpful and polite
