I have toddler twins in a double pram. Not only were there no twin toddler trolleys available, no one could find them. Then the disabled aisle was closed - and no one at service desk to ask to open. Upon going through the Express Checkout with more than 12 items, I was repeatedly abused by the checkout lady for having too many items. I was unable to go anywhere else. She continued to berate me as she scanned my items. It's hard enough having twins without getting abused for it! It's the worst experience I have ever had at a supermarket. I shall NOT be returning.
