I have been shopping at Coles Glenroy for 27 years. They have upgraded the store in that time, to make it easier to walk around. The only thing I do not like is the self serve check out. I have seen a few people putting the wrong fruit or vegetable item through. They put a cheap item and take home a dearer one. Cheating all of us as we have to pay extra on fruit and vegetables to make up for the cheats.
Service when you need it is nice at the normal check outs and you get to know the checkout chicks very well.

ok store in all, it is in a fantastic location if you dont drive right near a train station. the store is always clean inside although the carpark at times can leave a lot to be desired and the trollys are quite offen gross.

I am sorry but I disagree with the other contributors.

Staff are lazy and never around when you need them. You go to the service desk to ask them something and all they care about is what they did the night before or are going to do tonight.

Don't even deserve their wages either.

Will only shop there in future if I am really desperate to do so.

there are helpful staff, they will not just aim you in the right direction, but take you there and find the product for you.

I like shopping at Coles Glenroy, the staff are always willing to help you if you can't find what you are looking for.

I like this store because the staff are friendly and service is quick. Its close by so very convenient. I dont like the price rise and how many times i had to get rainchecks for items that do not have available but is in the catalogue.
