My local supermarket....often long lines as there are not enough checkout staff rostered on and it would be great to see a wider range of vegan items for sale. Generally clean and neat. Would be great to see less emphasis on self-serve and more customer service.

Totally agree on the customer service. Maybe all Coles have the same policy now - self serve checkout helpers are few and far between. Such a shame. Thanks for the info.
