I popped in to grab some cream, probiotic drinks and a bottle of water. The selection this Coles has for cream and probiotic drinks is disappointing, and reflects the majority of their range and shop fittings. This store is long overdue for a makeover.
Having said that, I've found the customer service to be fantastic. Friendly, polite and quick without them making you feel like you're being rushed.
I am so frustrated with the lack of stock on the shelves, including fruit and veg, service deli, and ESPECIALY advertised products on special, I have contacted them by email and recieved a pathetic reply, surely if a product is going on special you order ample stock where 5 out of 7 day's it is available, checkout waiting time has improved slightly, a need for more lines is required also to compete with woolworths

I checked through my e mail, I can't locate a copy but I will submit another comment to coles and post the reply!, It's a great location, but the lack of stock is frustrating, sadly hollywood plaza has been the same with special's, there all gone on the first day of the new stock week.
Fantasticv staff. Very clean and tidy. Competitive prices. Found my twins juice on special. Always find great buys. Would highly recommend this supermarket and will obviously be shopping their more regularly myself.
