We won't be back. Taking away all the staff run checkouts and Coles saying that's what customers want is a company treating it's customers like morons. I have not met anyone yet who thinks it's a good idea. Keep your eye on the bottom line Coles and don't throw those checkout away just yet.

Staff all over the place filling shelves taking up Isles at peak times
ONE Person in deli run off her feet as customers queue for service !
Coles ULVERSTONE need to employ someone who can co-ordinate staff & service @ particular times of the day !!
Won't be in any hurry to shop there again !!

This coles store is the best on the coast free parking amazing food and lovely staff i would travel just to go to ulverstone store over burnie or devonport

always welcomed with a smile happy friendly staff shelves are always stacked with my favourite products plus value for money especially with there nappies

Coles supermarket Ulverstone is one of the best along the coast, easy to get to, lovely staff at all times , free parking ,
all in one , I would tell all my family and friends to go shop at Coles Ulverstone :)

Great range of items for decent prices, easy to use self-check outs makes things so much faster. Enjoy their welcoming staff and well organised shop. Prices are cheaper then woolworths

i'm in a wheelchair and they are helpful and thoughtful. it is laid out so i can go everywhere and there seem to be people to help

Occasionally you will get overcharged for something on special but they have many time to me given me the item for free for overcharging. This shop is not overcrowded and items are easy to find. If a porduct hasn"t been put out yet , they are quite willing to go out the back and get it for you.
